The role includes a hybrid schedule (onsite and remote), mentorship from managers and executives, performance feedback, and a final presentation to leaders showcasing accomplishments. Applicants must be pursuing a degree.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, operations, information systems, computer science, engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
• Must be enrolled in school during the internship.
• Typically, students between their junior and senior years or between their first and second years of graduate school will be considered.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and process-documentation skills.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders to understand workflows and translate business problems into structured requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to document current-state processes, pain points, handoffs, manual work, and decision requirements.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI automation, copilots, or workflow automation.
• Translate business needs into use cases, requirements, and success measures.
• Build and test proofs of concept using approved AI and automation tools.
• Document data sources, integrations, and governance requirements.
• Develop business cases describing benefits and implementation effort.
• Prepare demonstrations and roadmaps for leaders.
