Job summary

Zebra Technologies invites students to join its CTO’s Solutions Startup team for a hybrid internship in Lincolnshire, IL. You will help ingest diverse data sources, build Claude-driven analysis commands, and craft robust prompts for AI pipelines.

The program emphasizes hands-on experiences, mentorship, and social/professional events. Candidates should be enrolled in an AI/ML/CS program with strong Python, REST APIs, and data workflow interest.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program in AI/ML/CS/Data Science/Software Engineering or related
• Anticipated graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Onboard New Data Sources: ingest diverse data sources into the ingestion pipeline
• Build & Test Source Connectors with robust authentication
• Run & Refine Ingestion Workflows and track revisions
• Develop Claude-Driven Commands for automated analyses
• Optimize Prompt Engineering and orchestration scripts
• Build Automation and render dynamic briefs
• Maintain system quality, governance and metadata taxonomy
• Develop planning, leadership and technology knowledge
• Manage team-based work assignments and communication
