Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking an intern to join its Workcloud Professional Services team in a hybrid role, located in Lincolnshire, IL or Holtsville, NY. You will engage in data discovery, feature engineering, model development and explanations, while supporting the rollout of Agentic AI tools and ongoing improvements.

The internship focuses on data engineering, data science, and ML/AI engineering within Zebra Workcloud SaaS solutions for retail and CPG industries, offering hands-on experiences,

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a graduate degree program in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI or related discipline.
• Anticipated graduation date between 2027-2029.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Customer engagements with data engineering and data science tasks in data discovery, transformations, feature engineering, model development, and explainability.
• Contribute to design, development, deployment and training of Agentic AI utilities for the user community.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities including model diagnostics, experiments, data enrichment and feature enhancement.
