Job summary
Lids Sports Group in Indianapolis is offering an IT Intern – AI & Intelligent Automation role to gain hands-on experience in AI, ML, agent development, and data analytics. You will work with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Power Platform developers to design, build, test, and support intelligent automation solutions for retail, eCommerce, and corporate operations.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3.0 GPA and full-time student pursuing IT-related degree.
- internship runs 05/31/2027 to 07/30/2027.
- On-site at Indianapolis corporate office; relocation may be required for non-local students; graduation expected between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
Responsibilities
- Assist design, development, and testing of AI-powered solutions using Copilot/Azure/OpenAI.
- Document agent use cases, workflows, prompts, and outcomes.
- Support data preparation, ML model testing, and analytics.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data scientists and Power Platform developers.
