Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience (or a Masters with 8 years), US citizenship, and ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Expect rigorous coordination across AI/ML, IT, and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience.
• Masters Degree and 8 years of experience.
• U.S. Citizens.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Experience managing projects in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid environments.
• Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, and project reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data tracking and dashboards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a defined phase of a complex AI integration program.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Prepare executive-level briefings and presentations for senior leadership.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (AI/ML, data science, IT, business analysts, end users).
• Track KPIs, sprint velocity, and project health metrics using Jira and reporting tools.
• Support change management for AI capability adoption across business units.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and lessons learned.
