Job summary

SAIC - Science Applications International Corporation is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead a critical AI integration phase within a large scale program. This remote-friendly role bridges technical teams and senior leadership to ensure timely, scoped deliverables across multiple workstreams.

You will drive planning, risk management, and executive communications while coordinating AI/ML engineers, data scientists, IT infrastructure, and business analysts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years experience preferred.
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain Secret clearance.
Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong proficiency with Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Lead a defined phase of a multi-phase AI integration program.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
Develop project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
Deliver executive briefings to senior leadership.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and dependencies.
Monitor KPIs, sprint velocity, and program health.
Support change management for AI capability adoption.
Maintain detailed project documentation.
