Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of academic/industry experience.
• Master's Degree with 6+ years of academic/industry experience.
• PhD with 4+ years of academic/industry experience.
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD/PharmD) or equivalent in a scientific/AI field.
• Direct experience in target identification, indication expansion, drug repurposing, or related areas.
• Hands-on architectural depth in AI and LLM methods, including agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities with scientists and leaders.
• Shape multi-year GenAI strategies and reusable building blocks.
• Architect and implement agentic system-of-systems for complex scientific workflows.
• Establish evaluation standards, benchmark datasets, and grounding metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, IT, security, legal, and vendors.
• Communicate AI opportunities, risks, and results to diverse audiences.
• Stay current with emerging AI methods and assess value for Research.
