Qualifications

3–5 years of software or data engineering experience, with 1–3 years of hands‑on AI/LLM work.
Hands‑on AI engineering: LLM applications, retrieval, agents, prompt and tool design, evaluation.
Exposure to software and data engineering fundamentals: Python, APIs, data handling, version control, production discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain work to non‑engineers and document for reuse.
Enjoy collaborating with others; help divisions by elevating their capabilities and sharing knowledge.
Pragmatism: know when to build, when to use vendor solutions, and when good‑enough suffices.

Responsibilities

Create AI solutions the business uses: agents, skills, retrieval, documentation and automation.
Work side by side with company experts across divisions to turn hard problems into practical AI solutions.
Evaluate and integrate modern AI tooling: track trends, run trials, and adopt tools that prove themselves.
