Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software or data engineering experience, with 1–3 years of hands-on AI/LLM work.
• Recent graduates with a real portfolio of AI work are encouraged to apply.
• Hands-on AI engineering: LLM applications, retrieval, agents, prompt and tool design, evaluation.
• Exposure to Python, APIs, data handling, version control, production discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain work to non-engineers and document it.

Responsibilities

• Create AI solutions the business uses: agents, skills, retrieval, documentation and automation.
• Work side by side with company experts across divisions, turning their hard problems into practical AI solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate modern AI tooling: track what is new, run quick trials, and bring the tools that earn their place into how the team and divisions work.
• Enable others: set and share best practices, review work, and coach division-embedded people creating their own AI solutions.
