Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of political dynamics surrounding digital infrastructure, energy, land use, water use, and tech regulations in frontier markets.
• Experience creating and delivering testimony, regulatory comments, briefing documents, or coalition communications in a fast-paced political landscape.
• Ability to leverage strong existing relationships in policy communities — committee staff or officials, regulators, industry orgs, and advocates for digital infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Own Fluidstack's state and local policy agenda across AI infrastructure, tax incentives, utilities, resource use, and more.
• Draft and deliver policy materials independently: testimony, regulatory comments, briefing documents, and coalition communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with state lawmakers, governor’s offices, regulators, and advocacy groups to communicate Fluidstack’s value and perspective clearly.
