The role emphasizes rigorous financial modelling, cross-functional collaboration, and market research to identify AI-driven opportunities within Brookfield’s global infrastructure platform.

Qualificações

• Advanced financial modelling and investment analysis skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in investment banking, restructuring, TMT and/or infra investments is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee detailed financial models to evaluate AI infrastructure investments.
• Lead due diligence across financial, operational, legal, and tax workstreams.
• Prepare investment committee materials and transaction documentation.
• Contribute to deal origination, strategy, and market entry opportunities.
• Collaborate with Brookfield teams to support due diligence and asset management.
• Conduct market research to inform AI infrastructure investment strategies.
