Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking an AI Computer Engineer to join the NVIS team. The role focuses on deploying and maintaining AI infrastructure for diverse customers, coordinating through planning and implementation, and delivering knowledge transfer and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have extensive data center experience, Linux administration, network and monitoring proficiency, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years providing in-depth support and deployment services in data centers, solving problems for hardware and software products.
• Knowledge of Linux Operating System administration, process management, packaging, and kernel troubleshooting.
• Experience with data center network products and protocols.
• Experience with data center monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and maintain AI infrastructure for new and existing customers.
• Be the domain expert with customers during planning calls through implementation.
• Provide handover documentation and knowledge transfers to support customers.
• Offer feedback to internal teams by opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements.
