Job summary

EWOR GmbH is looking to hire ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. Fellows are employed by EWOR while they build, with the option of up to €500k in funding to accelerate their venture.

You will receive weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to the top 0.1% of founders, investors, and a vast hiring network to assemble a strong team. The program supports product-market fit and aims to help you raise multi‑million euro rounds within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as AI infrastructure
• Engage in a personalised development journey crafted by unicorn founders
• Receive hiring support through a network of over 50,000 professionals
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for funding
• Iterate your product toward product-market fit and build a sales/marketing engine
