Job summary

IREN, a vertically integrated AI Cloud provider, seeks a Senior Director to lead end-to-end capacity and S&OP for data center infrastructure. You will align demand forecasts with GPU/server supply, rack-level components, and capital plans, coordinating with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial teams across global regions.

The role requires 15+ years in data center planning, 5+ years in leadership, and deep knowledge of GPU-and hardware lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in data center capacity planning, supply chain planning, or infrastructure planning; 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of GPU/compute hardware lifecycles, lead times, and ramp planning and forecasting.
• Experience forecasting below system/rack level to critical components and managing supplier forecasts across multiple tiers.
• Proven track record building and running integrated capacity/S&OP processes connecting demand forecasting to capex approvals.

Responsibilities

• Drive RTB procurement operations across direct and indirect spend, coordinating with engineering, demand planning, and finance.
• Streamline PR-to-PO pipeline and CLM to minimize cycle times and enforce policy.
• Lead Third-Party Risk Management and vendor governance for extended workforce and indirect providers.
• Own supplier onboarding and enable Accounts Payable with complete supplier records for invoicing.
• Operate and improve procurement systems (P2P, CLM) and champion GenAI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Drive cost optimization and avoid costs across indirect procurement spend.
• Oversee indirect procurement across non-BOM categories (contingent workforce, services, tools, software).
• Produce reports per KPI framework and lead MB&R with senior leadership on spend and SLA variances.
• Recruit and scale a team of procurement leaders and program managers across regions.
