Google Cloud is seeking a Global Practice Architect for AI Infrastructure to shape the Go-To-Market strategy and drive execution across regions and customers. You will partner with cross-functional teams, gather feedback, and adapt plans to evolving market needs.

In this role, you will own sales plays for AI Infrastructure, lead strategic decisions with analytics, and align GTM efforts with company goals. The position is based in the US with flexible locations including Boulder, CO, and other

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with technical or GTM planning in cloud infrastructure in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience delivering business or technical presentations to the C-Suite or board levels.
  • Experience delivering GTM motions and managing GTM processes, analytics, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Own the construction and implementation of sales plays for your product portfolio.
  • Drive strategic decision-making by leveraging analysis and insights, aligning GTM plans with company strategy.
  • Support the design and implementation of integrated GTM blueprints across the full ecosystem.
  • Oversee the portfolio, monitoring performance and recommending data-driven improvements.
  • Conduct ongoing research and benchmarking to inform strategic alignment.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with technical or GTM planning in cloud infrastructure within a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience delivering business or technical presentations to the C-Suite or board levels.
  • Experience delivering GTM motions and managing GTM processes, analytics, and reporting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working across organizational boundaries, building relationships and ideas to achieve broader organizational goals.
  • Experience with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space (e.g. Generative AI, Cloud Security, Distributed Cloud, etc.).
  • Experience developing business plays for cloud products leveraging partnerships.
  • Experience with content creation and narrative development.

About The Job

The Global Practice Architect team orchestrates across numerous contributing teams, and GTM stakeholder organizations, regionally and globally, to facilitate the successful design, implementation and refinement of the overall strategy.

As a Global Practice Architect for AI Infrastructure within Google Cloud, you will bring your experience and thought leadership and operational mindset to help drive outlook, mission, and strategy around the AI Infrastructure's Go-To-Market (GTM) approach. You will showcase strong leadership capabilities and strategic thinking by designing and orchestrating the right model for Google Cloud's objectives and the current market landscape. You will partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to develop and iterate on the plan. You will also need to interface directly with some customers, both helping them to understand Google Cloud's offerings and gathering their feedback in order to adapt as needs change.

US: $174000 - $252000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Own the construction and implementation of sales plays for your specific product portfolio.
  • Drive strategic decision-making by leveraging analysis and insights, aligning project portfolios and Go-to-Market (GTM) plans with company strategy to achieve growth goals.
  • Support the design and implementation of integrated GTM blueprints across the full ecosystem (industries, solutions, partnerships, services, enablement, compensation), collaborating with Practice Leads to balance efficiency and growth.
  • Oversee the portfolio, continuously monitoring business performance, diagnosing issues, and recommending new approaches based on results and data-driven insights.
  • Conduct ongoing research and benchmarking to incorporate industry best practices, providing actionable insights and recommendations to Practice Lead to inform strategic alignment.
