Sypheris.com, a leading platform dedicated to simplifying the student loan journey, is seeking a talented AI Implementation & Training Specialist to join our growing remote team in the United States.

In this crucial role, you will be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge AI technologies into our platform and workflows. You will not only implement AI solutions but also ensure their effective adoption by internal teams, driving efficiency and enhancing our ability to serve students.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for AI integration.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and solutions into production environments.
• Implement AI tools and systems that enhance Sypheris's user experience and internal operations (e.g., natural language processing for support, intelligent data analysis).
• Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct workshops for internal stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of AI tools.
• Monitor the performance of AI models, troubleshoot issues, and iterate on solutions for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and propose innovative applications for Sypheris.com.
• Ensure the ethical and responsible deployment of AI solutions, with a focus on data privacy and fairness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML model deployment, integration, or implementation.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python, R).
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, MLOps, and model lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and conduct effective training.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Experience in the FinTech or EdTech sectors is a plus, but not required.
