Job summary

Viking Electric, a proud member of the Sonepar group, is seeking an AI Implementation Specialist in Minneapolis. You will lead the rollout of AI tools, design AI-powered workflows, and establish governance with IT and security to ensure responsible use.

The role offers a base salary, a 10% incentive, and a full benefits package. You will train associates, measure ROI, and stay ahead of AI developments to drive real business impact across our supply chain.

Qualifications

Experience developing, implementing, or supporting software solutions.
Experience using AI tools and prompt engineering techniques.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the rollout and adoption of AI tools and best practices across the organization.
Design and implement AI-powered workflows, automations, and repeatable solutions.
Partner with business leaders, IT, and security teams to establish AI governance and responsible-use standards.
Measure adoption, productivity gains, and ROI while sharing insights with leadership.
Develop training materials, playbooks, and resources that help associates confidently use AI.
Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications for the business.
