Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking an AI Implementation Engineer to own the company’s AI services ecosystem, spanning Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise. You will deploy production‑grade AI agents and workflows that empower multiple departments.

You will partner with IT and business units to govern AI usage, ensure security, and drive governance policies while enabling teams to leverage AI responsibly across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT or related technical discipline.
• 1–3 years hands-on experience with AI models or AI agent development.
• Foundational understanding of networking and cybersecurity.
• Experience with virtualization or containers like Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience deploying AI tools in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud AI services (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage enterprise AI services including Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows.
• Serve as the company’s primary AI contact for requests across units.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess AI use cases and deliver implementations.
• Collaborate to develop and improve AI governance policies and standards.
• Conduct ongoing compliance reviews of AI services.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and provide adoption recommendations.
• Coordinate with platform vendors on licensing, onboarding, and support.
• Provide training and enablement on approved AI tools for employees.
• Track AI usage, cost allocation, and surface insights to leadership.
