Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what looked wrong, all on your schedule and remotely.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and converse naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models, then rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment.
• Write explanations in English detailing observed issues.
