Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs to assess alignment with prompts, and explain what looked off, all from a remote setup.

Applicants can work on a flexible schedule from home or while traveling within the United States. Earn up to $18 USD per hour with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. No minimum hours required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-text mismatches.
• Provide a written explanation detailing what you observed and why it mattered.
