Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, self-paced schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts, and provide written explanations of issues observed.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail and clear written communication, with a preference for those pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on content.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios conversationally.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely—zooming in, replaying—to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English describing what was observed.
