Job summary

Exchange Robotics Inc. leads AI-powered financial platforms and collaborates with engineering, AI, and product teams to shape enterprise AI solutions for financial institutions.

You will define the product vision and roadmap for Scalata's generative AI platform while conducting user research with clients to identify AI-driven workflow opportunities. You will partner with Engineering, AI/ML, UX, and Data teams to translate customer needs into precise product specs, oversee frontend development,

Qualifications

• PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
• Experience delivering complex generative AI solutions within financial services, consulting, or Big Four environments
• 5+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software or AI-driven products
• Experience implementing products within Databricks environments
• Strong understanding of financial markets, credit workflows, and enterprise financial systems
• Knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies
• Experience with Python or R, SQL, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
