Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in electronics, computing, or AI product manufacturing.
• Hands-on testing, debugging, and FA experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot at component and system level.
• Basic circuitry understanding and schematics interpretation.
• Production environment experience with high-volume manufacturing.
• Proficiency with MS Office for documentation.
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team-oriented with willingness to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of computer systems and assemblies.
• Conduct failure analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support production by resolving technical issues quickly to minimize downtime and yield loss.
• Work across hardware, firmware, and basic software configuration.
• Execute test procedures, burn-in processes, and validation protocols to ensure product quality.
• Configure systems, including firmware flashing and system setup.
• Document technical issues clearly and communicate findings to engineering and customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing on process improvements.
• Assist with new product introductions (NPI) and test process development.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to yield, reliability, and efficiency.
