Job summary

Tenstorrent is looking for an IP Product Program Manager to own the customer journey end to end, align milestones and deliverables to product strategy, and drive execution across architecture, design, and software teams.

Hybrid role based in Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; and Toronto, ON. Hold a Bachelor's or Master's in CS/EE with five+ years in PM roles, and experience with IP products such as Arm, RISC‑V, x86, or AI accelerators. Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet and Confluence is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering required.
5+ years in IP/product program management roles.
Experience with IP products like Arm, RISC‑V, x86, AI accelerators, or GPU IPs.
Familiar with Jira, Smartsheet & Confluence.
Proven track record launching and managing complex IP products.

Responsibilities

Coordinate customer, IP Product Team and Engineering to align milestones with strategy.
Drive agreed actions with architects, design teams, software engineers, and product managers.
Track program goals, objectives, and deliverables with signed statements of work and clear status reporting to leadership.
Lead regular program reviews and establish escalation paths and SLAs with customers.
