You’ll guide the agentic infrastructure that brings it to life, aligning geo, cohorts, creative, measurement, and spend signals into actionable strategies and scalable workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Strong systems fluency across APIs, automation pipelines, and agentic systems.
• Deep paid-growth subject matter expertise across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Expert measurement and performance‑analysis judgment: interpret geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals to drive decisions.
• Strong product and systems judgment across technical and marketing domains.
• High‑agency cross‑functional ownership across BizOps, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing.

• Map how geo, audience, creative, spend, measurement, experimentation, and platform constraints interact to form an operating model.
• Build onboarding/activation insights and connect paid acquisition to downstream user quality for improvements.
• Establish how AI and agents strengthen end‑to‑end decision systems, from analysis to reusable workflows.
