Job summary

Hyperbolic is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Operations Manager to optimize our GPU supply network. You’ll own contracts, invoices, and supplier relationships, collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Engineering to ensure accurate reconciliation and timely payments.

You will design scalable processes and dashboards, lead biweekly supplier check-ins, and proactively mitigate risks as our supplier network expands in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, business operations, procurement, finance operations, vendor management, or a similar role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to manage complex information without losing accuracy.
• Experience reviewing contracts, invoices, pricing terms, or financial reconciliations.
• A systems mindset: you build processes so tasks run better next time.
• Strong project-management skills with the ability to track multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational lifecycle of supplier contracts, order forms, amendments, renewals, and related documentation.
• Review executed commercial terms against company standards, ensuring pricing, dates, terms, SLAs, and termination provisions are properly tracked.
• Maintain a centralized source of truth for all active supplier agreements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Supply leadership to ensure contracts are reviewed, signed, and implemented.
• Proactively flag upcoming renewals, payment deadlines, and contractual risks.
• Review supplier invoices against contracted rates, capacity delivered, uptime, credits, and usage data.
• Investigate discrepancies in billing and charges and identify service credits owed under SLAs.
• Partner with Finance and internal teams to validate invoice accuracy before payments.
• Maintain reconciliation records and track deposits, prepayments, and credits.
• Lead biweekly supplier check-ins and ensure clear actions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate onboarding, capacity handoffs, testing windows, and readiness with Engineering.
• Design repeatable workflows, dashboards, and documentation to scale operations.
