Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is hiring an AI GPU Power Architect for new graduates in Santa Clara. You will contribute to power estimation models and tools for GPUs and systems, focusing on energy efficiency and total cost of ownership at GPU and datacenter scales.

You will deploy machine learning techniques to build accurate power/performance models across GPUs, CPUs, switches, and platforms, shaping future AI, HPC, automotive, and consumer devices.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of Computer Architecture and Digital Logic Design/VLSI Design.
• Proficiency with Python and data analysis packages like Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to power estimation models and tools for GPU products and systems (e.g., NVIDIA DGX).
• Perform early GPU and system architecture exploration focused on energy efficiency and TCO improvements at GPU and datacenter level.
• Use ML techniques to develop accurate power and performance models for GPUs, CPUs, switches, and platforms.
