Job summary

Form Energy, a leading American energy technology company, seeks an Information Security Analyst, AI Governance to own the lifecycle of AI tools used across the business. You will evaluate new AI applications, secure data handling, and configure tools for safe enterprise use.

Qualifications

• Direct experience evaluating, deploying, or managing AI apps, copilots, or LLM tools in a business/enterprise IT setting.
• Working knowledge of AI/LLM security concepts: data exfiltration, prompt-injection, model access controls, plugin scopes, agent autonomy risk.
• Familiarity with SaaS security fundamentals: OAuth, API permission review, third-party risk, access governance.

Responsibilities

• Own intake and review process for new AI apps, skills, plugins, and agents and assess data access, scope, and vendor security before approval.
• Lead security reviews of AI tools, evaluating data handling, privacy, trust boundaries, and integration permissions.
• Manage deployment and configuration of approved AI apps, including access provisioning and training.
• Maintain an inventory/risk register of AI apps, owners, data scope, and status.
• Define guardrails for agentic tools and set approval thresholds, logging, and rollback procedures.
• Monitor usage, cost, and performance of AI tools and manage vendor relationships including renewals.
• Collaborate with IT security, legal, and business units to develop AI usage policies and approvals workflow.
• Investigate AI-related incidents and coordinate remediation and post-incident reviews.
• Create documentation and office hours to help employees use approved AI tools safely.
• Stay current on AI tool landscape and flag emerging risks.
