This role requires over 5 years of experience in product management or engineering, alongside a strong understanding of AI systems. Gradial offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $220,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and launching software products.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make effective product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
