Job summary

Rockefeller Capital Management seeks an AI Governance engineer to enable safe, deliberate, and accelerated adoption of AI across the firm, partnering with Risk, Compliance, CISO, and AI Risk Governance teams to translate policy into scalable controls.

You will implement guardrails across Microsoft and Anthropic environments, automate governance at scale, own agents and skills end to end, and provide executives with evidence and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years in enterprise technology with AI experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring tenants, platforms, or security controls.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Graph API, KQL).
• Experience with major AI platforms (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry, or Anthropic).
• Knowledge of agents, skills, prompts, and data protection fundamentals.
• Ability to present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate governance requirements into technical controls and deployment standards.
• Configure and script guardrails across Microsoft and Anthropic services.
• Automate governance at scale with scripts to inventory agents, enforce policy, and generate audit evidence.
• Own agents and skills end to end from intake to retirement.
• Evaluate new AI features against risk, security, and compliance criteria.
• Track AI platform roadmaps and translate changes into actionable recommendations.
• Implement controls for safe sharing and reuse across departments.
