Job summary

Rockefeller Capital Management is seeking a hands-on AI governance specialist to operationalize governance across AI ecosystems, including copilots, agents, and skills. You will implement controls, automation, and policy enforcement within Microsoft and Anthropic environments, translating risk decisions into concrete platform configurations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
5+ years in enterprise tech with generative AI experience.
Hands-on experience configuring tenants, platforms, or security controls.

Responsibilities

Translate governance requirements into concrete technical controls and deployment standards.
Configure and script controls across Microsoft and Anthropic services.
Automate governance at scale using PowerShell, Graph API, Python, and KQL.
Own agents and skills lifecycle from intake to retirement.
Perform capability reviews against risk and compliance criteria.
Evaluate new AI features and provide governance recommendations.
Stay ahead of AI evolution by tracking roadmaps and release notes.
Ensure safe sharing and reuse through scoped agents and guardrails.
Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, CISO, and platform teams to close gaps.
