Job summary

Island seeks an AI Implementation Specialist to help enterprise customers design, deploy, and operationalize AI governance across their organizations. You will act as a trusted advisor on AI strategy, guide large-scale AI rollouts, and configure critical AI control points to protect data and ensure compliance.

You will lead technical discovery, deliver executive-level platform demonstrations, and architect scalable solutions using Island’s Enterprise AI Platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role within enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud infra.
• 2+ years delivering enterprise software or technical consulting with AI tooling or LLM integrations.
• Experience guiding Fortune 500 or large enterprises through complex deployments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security concepts, DLP, and Zero Trust.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to gather AI strategy requirements and define success metrics.
• Provide consultative guidance on AI security, governance, and policy design for compliance.
• Lead executive-level demos and design scalable AI governance architectures.
• Configure and manage AI control points like Gateways and inference hooks.
• Train customers on Island’s AI platform and ensure successful adoption.
