Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented AI Governance Lead to join our team! In this role you will get to will serve as the AI Governance Lead supporting the USCYBERCOM Chief AI Officer (CAIO). This role is responsible for architecting and operationalizing the institutional structures needed to manage artificial intelligence initiatives across the command. The Governance Lead will map out, implement, and oversee processes, review boards, and operational frameworks to ensure that USCYBERCOM's AI integration aligns with broader U.S. Government and Department of War governance structures.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in institutional governance, program oversight, operational management, or compliance, preferably within the defense or national security sector.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Public Policy, Organizational Management, Information Systems, Law, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related discipline w/ 12 years experience or MS degree in relevant field w/ 10 years experience.
Demonstrated, deep understanding of U.S. Government and Department of War (DoW) governance structures, agency hierarchies, and operational frameworks, specifically regarding Artificial Intelligence or advanced technology integration.
Proven ability to build structured, scalable management processes from the ground up within complex bureaucratic environments.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills, with experience presenting complex operational frameworks to senior decision-makers.
Active TS SCI w/polygraph
An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
