Job summary

Rockefeller Capital Management seeks an experienced AI Governance Specialist to operationalize governance across Microsoft and Anthropic environments. You will implement policy, automate controls, and ensure measurable security posture while enabling continued innovation.

The role collaborates with Risk, Compliance, CISO, and AI Risk Governance to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and deployment standards with clear decision records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years in enterprise technology with 2+ years in generative AI, LLMs, copilots, or agent platforms.
• Hands-on experience configuring tenants, platform, or security controls.
• Scripting and automation with PowerShell, Python, Graph API, and KQL.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or Anthropic Claude.

Responsibilities

• Translate governance requirements into concrete technical controls and deployment standards.
• Configure guardrails across Microsoft and Anthropic services, Entra, and Purview protections.
• Automate governance at scale using scripts to inventory agents, enforce policy, and audit.
• Own agents and skills lifecycle from intake to retirement and recertification.
• Evaluate new AI features against risk, security, and compliance criteria.
• Track roadmaps and translate changes into enable, pilot, restrict, or defer.
• Ensure safe sharing and reuse of agents and skills with proper boundaries.
