Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on AI governance, risk and compliance.
• Advise on confidentiality, attorney-client privilege and professional conduct related to AI.
• Develop policies with cybersecurity, risk management and other City departments.
• Address data privacy, data sharing, IP and regulatory matters as needed.
• Oversee or participate in AI/cybersecurity litigation as required.
