Job summary

Dentsu is seeking an AI Governance Analyst in New York to own research, documentation, and submission work for AI tool approvals. You will transform discovery findings into clear, submission-ready packages for Legal, Information Security, Data Privacy, Procurement, and Global Enterprise Technology teams.

In close collaboration with the AI Governance Service Lead, you will build risk profiles, verify solution fit, and ensure thorough evidence is gathered to move engagements forward efficiently

Qualifications

• 5+ years in governance, risk, or related roles.
• Ability to synthesize technical and legal info into clear docs.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and AI risk/compliance.
• Demonstrated process discipline in structured workflows.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proactive and collaborative with team.

Responsibilities

• Research AI tools, platforms, and vendors with structured analysis.
• Build risk profiles across privacy, security, model transparency, contracts.
• Gather evidence: security certs, privacy policies, DPA, attestations.
• Prepare submission packages for review across functions.
• Maintain program tracker with accurate progress.
