Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an AI Go-to-Market Lead in Charlotte, NC, hybrid work arrangement. You will drive enterprise AI/ML adoption, bridge product, engineering, users, and stakeholders, and shape go-to-market plans for AI platform capabilities across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will lead platform releases, gather customer insights, ensure governance and security, and deliver executive-level updates on adoption trends and business impact. Strong leadership and communications are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence Solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in product/solution management for AI/ML platforms or cloud-native solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies (GCP or Azure) and container orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• 5+ years of experience across the AI/ML lifecycle, including data management, model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.

Job Description

In This Role, You Will

• Act as an advisor to senior leadership in identifying and executing complex AI initiatives across large business units.
• Provide strategic consultation and recommend solutions to business challenges.
• Lead the resolution of highly complex challenges and ensure successful outcomes.
• Evaluate technology readiness, data availability, and resource requirements for AI initiatives.
• Provide direction on key issues during development and implementation.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to identify future AI opportunities aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence Solutions, or equivalent combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 3+ years of experience in product/solution management, program delivery, or technical product ownership for AI/ML platforms or cloud-native solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Google Cloud Platform or Azure) and container orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.

Desired Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across the AI/ML lifecycle, including data management, feature engineering, model development, deployment, monitoring, observability, governance, and risk management.
• Experience operating within large enterprise environments, preferably in regulated industries, and building scalable production-grade platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with Generative AI and agentic AI frameworks, including LLMs, diffusion models, RAG, tool-based agents, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain/LangGraph, ADK, and vector databases.
• Strong experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices, including model registries, CI/CD pipelines, feature stores, prompt and chain versioning, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and monitoring.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
• Working knowledge of modern AI/ML platform technologies such as Vertex AI, Big Query, OpenShift, IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D), and distributed model execution platforms.
• Ability to create executive-level roadmaps and dashboards showcasing business impact, adoption trends, and risk posture.
• Strong technical acumen across APIs, SDKs, security controls, data contracts, and system performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills with a proven track record of driving alignment and outcomes across diverse teams.
