Job summary

Meta Reality Labs is seeking a motivated Product Design Engineering Intern to contribute to the mechanical design and integration of compact components for AI Glasses. You will work with experienced engineers to develop, analyze, prototype, and test mechanical designs and assemblies, with guidance from a mentor on a well-scoped hardware project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of statics and mechanics of materials with coursework or project experience.
• Experience creating parts and assemblies with major 3D CAD tools (NX, SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA).
• Hands-on experience building, testing, or evaluating mechanical designs through projects.
• Intent to return to full-time degree program after internship.
