As an AI Full Stack Software Engineer with CoverMyMeds, you'll develop innovative AI solutions to improve healthcare outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI models and applications that enhance patient care, streamline workflows, and drive growth using technologies like machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and cloud computing.

*Preferred residence in Columbus, OH. Remote work with occasional in-office meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver AI-driven enterprise applications
• Build scalable applications integrating Large Language Models and AI tools (voice recognition, document parsing, image parsing, text-to-speech, RAG)
• Design and optimize data pipelines and datasets
• Communicate AI concepts to non-technical audiences
• Craft and optimize prompts for LLMs, maintain prompt libraries
• Fine-tune and serve GPT-family, Llama models
• Develop AI agents with Semantic Kernel
• Prototype co-pilot experiences and autonomous workflows
• Document all work thoroughly
• Adapt and learn in a changing environment
• Collaborate on large projects with staff and stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience, with 4+ years in software development
• 2+ years developing AI applications with LLMs, voice, image, or speech models

Critical Skills:

• Proficiency in AI system evaluation, MLOps, RAG development, LLM cost optimization, and knowledge of LLM advancements
• Strong analytical skills, experience with AI coding tools, Python libraries (openai, tensorflow, pytorch), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Healthcare domain expertise and ability to translate clinical needs into AI solutions
• Proficiency in Node.js, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and effective communication skills
