Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Full Stack AI Engineer in Westlake, TX to design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise applications. You will lead AI-powered features, NLP, and semantic search, building robust APIs and microservices.

The role requires 6+ years of experience, strong Python/Node.js skills, and hands-on work with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD. Collaboration across teams in an Agile environment is essential to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of full-stack software development with enterprise apps and APIs.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, REST APIs and Microservices Architecture, AWS Cloud Services.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or similar.
• Experience with AI/ML, NLP, and search-based applications.
• Experience with web services REST, JSON, SOAP, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise web apps and APIs using Python and Node.js.
• Build and integrate AI-powered solutions including NLP and semantic search.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices supporting business applications.
• Design data models and backend services; optimize for cloud-native architectures on AWS.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage apps on AWS; containerize with Docker/Kubernetes; automate with Terraform.
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and drive engineering excellence.
