Centennial Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to design and build an AI-powered workflow automation platform. You will create drag-and-drop interfaces, scalable backends, and robust workflow engines that integrate with diverse data sources.

The role demands hands-on experience across frontend and backend technologies, delivering production-ready solutions in a fast-paced environment at Centennial. Hybrid work with onsite days in Tysons Corner, VA is offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience in complex business apps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React.js/Next.js, TypeScript) and drag-and-drop libraries.
• Strong backend development skills in Python (FastAPI/Django) or Node.js with microservices.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis; familiarity with caching.
• Familiarity with workflow engines or automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Good practices in Git, CI/CD, and testing frameworks.
• US Citizenship or GC holder required.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive drag-and-drop workflow designers with intuitive UIs.
• Develop real-time dashboards and monitoring tools for workflow execution.
• Implement AI-assisted workflow configuration features.
• Architect and maintain RESTful APIs for workflow management and monitoring.
• Build scalable workflow execution engines with support for parallel processing.
• Ensure secure authentication, RBAC, and multi-tenant architecture.
• Create connectors for data sources and third-party apps.
• Implement secure data handling, encryption, and DR systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply CI/CD practices.
