Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of software engineering or similar IT role.
• IT certifications in Java, C, C++, Perl & Python or similar formats preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI backends using FastAPI (Python) or Node.js/Express (TypeScript).
• Containerize with Docker and deploy on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Integrate and manage LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and multi-step reasoning pipelines.
• Develop and ship software in an Agile/Scrum environment with end-to-end ownership.
• Coordinate with leadership on schedules, goals, and design criteria.
• Communicate requirements and timelines clearly; escalate when deadlines risk.
• Document knowledge, share lessons learned, and mentor teammates.
• Occasionally travel locally, regionally, and nationally up to 10%.
