The AI Full-Stack Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise AI solutions and modern business applications. This role combines full-stack software engineering expertise with artificial intelligence technologies to build secure, scalable, and reliable solutions that improve business operations, automate workflows, and enhance employee productivity. Working closely with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and IT teams, the AI Full-Stack Engineer translates business requirements into innovative AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, APIs, and integrations while ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and AI governance policies.
The successful candidate will consistently deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality AI solutions that improve business efficiency and employee productivity. They will build reusable software components, automate business processes, integrate enterprise systems, and ensure AI applications operate securely, reliably, and in alignment with organizational governance standards. This individual will continually evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions that create measurable value for the organization.

The anticipated base salary for this role is between $109,710 -$139,880. This position is also eligible for annual performance-based bonuses and an annual profit-sharing opportunity. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
