Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with 2–3 years of experience and BA/BS in a relevant field.
• Ability to break down problems and contribute to solutions in unfamiliar domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to tailor messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop structured thinking and digital problem-solving skills using frameworks.
• Use MAIA and AI tools to improve quality and speed of deliverables.
• Turn research into persuasive decks, frameworks, and presentations for internal and client use.
• Collaborate across disciplines and manage tasks with increasing independence.
• Contribute to firm growth and culture, including documenting learnings for the team.
