Qualifications

• BA or BS degree completed or in progress in a relevant field with strong academic record.
• Ability to break down problems and contribute to solutions, even in unfamiliar domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to adapt messages to audiences.
• Experience with AI assistants, generative AI, or digital design/analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, no-code/low-code platforms, or data analysis tools.
• Interest in digital strategy, transformation, and how AI affects industries.
• Builder's mindset: creating frameworks, prototypes, or internal tools.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity; willing to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop structured thinking and digital problem-solving skills.
• Break down complex challenges for clients and the AI Foundry using frameworks.
• Research industries, customer behaviors, and digital trends to map user needs.
• Use MAIA and other AI tools to improve quality and speed of work; craft prompts and refine outputs.
• Contribute to workshop prep and present findings to internal leaders and clients.
• Collaborate across disciplines and manage tasks with increasing independence.
