Job summary

Akia in San Francisco is seeking a Graphic Designer to shape how guests experience our product. You’ll design mini apps, in-app assets, guest-facing emails, and ads that sit inside Akia’s platform.

You’ll work closely with Customer Success, translating feedback into polished visuals while honoring existing templates, systems, and brand guidelines. You’ll use AI as a core design tool to move fast and then apply your craft to finish with taste and polish.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Figma and Photoshop for rapid design iteration.
• AI-forward: using AI in workflow and design decisions.
• Strong eye for detail, typography, color and layout.
• Comfort designing within product constraints and systems.
• Ability to work with customers and internal teams without translation.

Responsibilities

• Platform Design & Assets: design mini apps, guest emails, upsell flows and in-product experiences.
• Customer Success Collaboration: partner with CS to refine visuals for customers.
• Customer-Facing Work: present directions, walk through mockups and translate feedback.
• Ads & Marketing Collateral: create outbound assets as needed.
• AI-Assisted Workflow: use AI tools actively, then refine with craftsmanship.
