Qualifications

• Experience as a visual or UI designer with a portfolio across web or mobile products.

• Proficiency in Figma and experience building or contributing to design systems.
• Ability to design for dynamic AI-generated content and varying formats.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and legibility.

Responsibilities

• Design the visual language, design system, and UI components for A1's product across web and mobile.
• Create visual patterns to help users parse AI-generated content and understand system states.
• Design for information density and hierarchy in AI interfaces with dynamic content.
• Collaborate with product and UX designers to translate flows into polished visuals.
• Build and maintain a design system that supports speed, consistency, and clarity.
• Define visual standards for error, empty, loading, and AI output states.
• Contribute visual assets and specs for engineers to implement accurately.
• Make AI-heavy interfaces feel clear and structured without overwhelming users.
