Job summary
Kelly Services is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Engineer for a global client in New York City. In this hybrid full-time role you will partner with Fortune 1000 customers to deploy and scale AI solutions, including an enterprise AI suite powered by Palantir.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architecture or AI Consulting.
- Experience with enterprise customers in complex technology environments.
- Ability to translate business challenges into deployed technology solutions.
- Experience leading discovery sessions, workshops, solution design, onboarding, and implementation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience supporting deployments, pilots, proof-of-concepts, technical evaluations, and production rollouts.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data ecosystems, customer data platforms, analytics platforms, identity resolution, audience intelligence, and marketing technology environments.
- Experience with data mapping, workflow design, business process transformation, and solution configuration.
- Strong communication skills with executive and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ownership mentality with the ability to drive projects from concept through execution.
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and AI transformation priorities.
- Collaborate with sales teams from discovery through deployment and adoption.
- Lead technical workshops, solution design sessions, demonstrations, and executive presentations.
- Architect and deploy AI-powered business solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
- Build customer-specific workflows, use cases, proofs of concept, and production-ready implementations.
- Own AI deployment efforts from discovery through rollout and operationalization.
- Work with customer data models, integrations, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
- Support Palantir-powered solutions including SATS and Stagwell Pulse.
- Troubleshoot technical and organizational challenges that impact adoption and implementation.
- Contribute to deployment frameworks, best practices, and enterprise AI methodologies.

- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Implementation Consulting, Sales Engineering, AI Consulting, Enterprise Software, Digital Transformation, or related customer-facing technical roles
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers in complex technology environments
- Proven ability to translate business challenges into deployed technology solutions
- Experience leading discovery sessions, workshops, solution design, onboarding, and implementation initiatives
- Hands-on experience supporting customer deployments, pilots, proof-of-concepts, technical evaluations, and production rollouts
- Strong understanding of enterprise data ecosystems, customer data platforms, analytics platforms, identity resolution, audience intelligence, and marketing technology environments
- Experience with data mapping, workflow design, business process transformation, and solution configuration
