You will collaborate across functions to ensure evidence‑led, forward‑looking research aligned with PMI’s priorities, working in an asynchronous remote environment and communicating clearly with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s strongly preferred in economics, business, public policy, international relations, strategy, computer science, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in research, insights, analytics, strategy, or related roles such as management consulting, corporate strategy, or macroeconomic or industry research.
• Experience researching, analyzing, or advising on AI trends, technology disruption, or the future of work.
• Demonstrated experience leading trends, foresight, or macroeconomic research initiatives independently.
• Experience translating research into executive‑facing insights, narratives, and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support PMI’s research agenda across hands‑on insights research and foresight research.
• Coordinate with the Manager, Research & Insights to ensure thought leadership is evidence‑led and aligned to business priorities.
• Focus on AI and the future of work while applying quantitative and qualitative methods to generate actionable insights.
