Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant, Technology Program Manager – Wealth Management Advisory to lead strategic programs modernizing front-to-back trading platforms and integrating advisory and execution systems for high-net-worth clients.

You will deliver multi-stream transformation programs spanning order management, execution, and trade settlement, partnering with product and engineering teams while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive program or delivery management experience in Wealth Management or Capital Markets.
• Deep knowledge of trade lifecycle from order creation to settlement.
• Strong background in trading platforms, integration, and data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of programs spanning order management, execution, trading, and settlement.
• Drive modernization of wealth trading platforms for multiple asset classes.
• Define architecture, data flows, and integrations across OMS/EMS and downstream systems.
• Establish governance and KPIs for technology delivery and resilience.
• Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, MiFID II where applicable.
